
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 2 cups curd
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1/2 tsp jeera
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1 green chilli
- 4-5 curry leaves
- Pinch hing
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1/4 cup roasted almond, cashew
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seed
- 2 tbsp green coriander leaves
- 1/2 tsp urad daal
- as per taste Salt
- 4 majjige chili
- 1/2 lime juice
Steps
- Mix curd and rice well together.
- Add pomegranate, dry fruits lime juice mix all well.
- Now take a pan heat ghee, in it add chopped jeera, mustard seeds hing, green chilies, curry leaves urad daal, let them crackle, now add grated ginger and majjige chili.
- Pour this tadka on curd rice mix well.
- Garnish with grated carrot, serve immediately with pickle.
