
Ingredients
- 4 big size tomato
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 cup medium thick sev
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 2 tbsp green coriander leaves
- 1/2 cup curd
- 1 tsp jeera
- Pinch hing
- 2 tbsp oil
Steps
- Heat oil in a pan add jeera and hing in it, let them splutter.
- Now add chopped onion and garlic garlic paste saute them till become pink in colo now add chopped tomatoes.
- Turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, cook till it become messy.
- Slow the flame, Now add 1/2 cup curd.
- Stir continuously.
- Right Before serving add sev mix it well.
- Serve hot with roti or chapati.
