Sev Tamater ki Sabji


Ingredients

  • 4 big size tomato
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 cup medium thick sev
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp green coriander leaves
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • Pinch hing
  • 2 tbsp oil

Steps

  1. Heat oil in a pan add jeera and hing in it, let them splutter.
  2. Now add chopped onion and garlic garlic paste saute them till become pink in colo now add chopped tomatoes.
  3. Turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, cook till it become messy.
  4. Slow the flame, Now add 1/2 cup curd.
  5. Stir continuously.
  6. Right Before serving add sev mix it well.
  7. Serve hot with roti or chapati.
