Ingredients
- 2 cup over night soaked boil black chana
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp black salt
- 1 tbs oil
- 1 tsp chat masala
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 pinch hing
- 1 tsp grated ginger paste
- 1 boiled and chopped potato
- Finely chopped onion
- Finely chopped tomatoes
- Finely chopped mint
- Finely chopped coriander
- Lime juice
Steps
- Take 2 cup black chana soak over night, drain off excess water, add soaked chana in cooker, 1.5 glass water and salt pressure cook it untill 3 whistle
- Let it cool completely and drain excess water in chickpea.
- Take a small bowl, add red chillies powder, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, chat masala, black salt, and mix well.
- Add water and prepared a paste
- Take a pan add oil heat on medium flame
- Add cumin seeds, hing, grated ginger, and saute them on medium flame.

- Add prepared spice mix fry them untill oil released

- After oil released, add boil chickpea and mix well.

- Add salt/masala if required.
- Add boiled and chopped potatoes and mix well.

- Turn of the flame let it cool completely
- After cool completely, transfer into a bowl.
- Add finely chopped onion, coriander leaves, chopped tomatoes, finely chopped mint lime juice, and mix well.
- Chana chat ready to enjoy.
