Ingredients
- 3 cup puffed rice
- 1 cup jaggery
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- as needed Organic colour of your choice
Steps
- Dry roast puffed rice in pan in slow heat so they crispy and not get saggy while mixing jaggery in it.

- Transfer into a plate to get cool down.

- Meanwhile Heat nonstick pan add jaggery and ghee, if required add 2 tbs spoon water.

- Keeping the flame on low stir continuously until the jaggery melts.

- Stir on low flame, till it turns frothy.

- Check the consistency, by dropping syrup into a bowl of water, it should form a soft ball. else boil for another minute and check.

- Turn off the flame divide jaggery syrup into 3 part and 2,2 drops of colour in each part


- Now mix roasted puffed rice in each part

- Mix it well

- Make small small laddu while the mixture is hot
- Keep it cool and store in air tight container
