
Ingredients
- 1 cup soaked sabudana
- 1/2 tomato chopped
- 2 potato boiled
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
- 1/2 tsp roasted jeera (cumin)powder
- 1/2 lime juice
- 2 green chillies
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- to taste Salt
- as needed Coriander leaves
- 2 tsp ghee or oil
- 1/2 tsp jeera(cumin seeds)
Steps
- In a pan add ghee heat on medium flame, add jeera let them splutter
- Then add chopped tomatoes and grated ginger, along with chopped green chillies, saute them it tomato cooked well
- Now add roughly meshed potatoes, crushed roasted peanuts, mix it well
- Now add turmeric powder, salt, roasted jeera powder mix it well
- Add soaked sabudana and mix it well
- Cooked it for 2 or 3 min on medium flame, switch off the flame and add lime juice
- Garnish with coriander leaves Serve hot with curd
