Sabudana Khichdai


Ingredients

  • 1 cup soaked sabudana
  • 1/2 tomato chopped
  • 2 potato boiled
  • 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 tsp roasted jeera (cumin)powder
  • 1/2 lime juice
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • to taste Salt
  • as needed Coriander leaves
  • 2 tsp ghee or oil
  • 1/2 tsp jeera(cumin seeds)

Steps

  1. In a pan add ghee heat on medium flame, add jeera let them splutter
  2. Then add chopped tomatoes and grated ginger, along with chopped green chillies, saute them it tomato cooked well
  3. Now add roughly meshed potatoes, crushed roasted peanuts, mix it well
  4. Now add turmeric powder, salt, roasted jeera powder mix it well
  5. Add soaked sabudana and mix it well
  6. Cooked it for 2 or 3 min on medium flame, switch off the flame and add lime juice
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves Serve hot with curd
