Sattu ka Halwa


Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 cup sattu ka aata
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup ghee
  • 1/4 cup dry fruits

Steps

  1. Dry roast sattu aata in pan on medium flame for 2 min.
  2. Add ghee, and sattu aata till nice aroma has started.
  3. Add sugar mix it well.
  4. Then add milk mix it well cook it till all the get milk absorb, and you get thick paste.
  5. Garnish with dry fruits. And serve hot.
