Dalgona coffee with Dalgona candy

Ingredients

For dalgona candy

2 tsp sugar
1 pinch baking soda

For dalgona coffee

1 tsp coffee
1 tsp sugar
1 cup milk
To taste Sugar
As needed Ice cubes

Steps


  1. In small nonstick pan add sugar
  2. On medium heat caramlised the sugar once it caramelised add pinch of soda
  3. It with start frothy
  4. Pour this caramel onto plate
  5. Let it cool
  6. For making coffee in a bowl add sugar and coffee and 2tbs hot water, beat it till coffee has become light and frothy
  7. In serving glass add 2 or3 ice cubes
  8. Pour milk add sugar powder mix it well
  9. Now add little crush crushed dalgona candy, top up it with frothy coffee
  10. Garnish with crushed dalgona candy, serve chilled immediately
